Hidden Gem Giveaway Contest Rules

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The "[ HIDDEN GEM Giveaway]" (the "Contest") begins on February 13, 2025 and ends on May 31, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on May 31, 2025 to be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of [Stacey Martin Lifestyle] (the "Sponsor"), affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

There are two ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry:

Each purchase of a LIMITED EDITION NYFW Hidden Gem Crewneck Sweatshirt from [Website URL] during the Contest Period grants one (1) entry into the Contest.

B. No Purchase Necessary Entry (Email):

To enter without making a purchase, email us 250-words explaining what “Hidden Gem” means to you, along with your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address to taryn+hiddengem@staceymartinlifestyle.com

Each email entry must be received by May 31, 2025.

4. PRIZES:

There are three (3) prizes available:

  1. Grand Prize: Round-trip airfare and three (3) nights at the Four Seasons in Nevis (Total Value: $6,000 USD).

  2. Second Prize: Four (4) nights hotel stay at Montpelier Plantation & Beach in Nevis (Total Value: $1,414 USD).

  3. Third Prize: Two (2) nights hotel stay at The Muse in New York City (Total Value: $1,000 USD).

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel dates are subject to availability.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on June 10, 2025. Selected winners will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

For Canadian residents, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within the time frame or fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, an alternate winner will be chosen.

6. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

  • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

  • This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Contest.

  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. PRIVACY POLICY:

Any personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this Contest and will not be shared with third parties.

8. SPONSOR:

This Contest is sponsored by Stacey Martin Lifestyle, located at 145 York St, Ottawa, ON K1N 5T4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

9. WINNERS LIST:

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Stacey Martin Lifestyle - Winners List Request, 145 York St, Ottawa, ON K1N 5T4 by June 30, 2025.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Void where prohibited.
  • Stacey Martin Lifestyle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice.
