Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with thousands of incredible women—from Broadway dancers to busy moms—through Stacey Martin Lifestyle. What stood out was how many of us unknowingly struggle to value our bodies and our worth.
I know this because I’ve been there. For years, I battled negative self-talk and body image struggles. I would look in the mirror and fixate on flaws, pushing myself harder without ever stopping to ask, What do I really need? It wasn’t until I started carving out intentional “me time” that I began to transform—not just how I looked, but how I felt about myself.
That’s why I created the 30-Day Me Time Experience. I want to give women a simple, accessible way to prioritize themselves every single day. Because when you make space for yourself, even just 10 minutes at a time, you rediscover your strength, beauty, and worth.
